• We use high quality parts from reliable vendors and provide 24 month or 24,000 mile warranties on most repairs.

• To have a better understanding of your car's repairs or emergency items, we send you photos of the worn parts. We can even show you in person if requested.

• All of our employees participate in ongoing training to provide YOU the best customer service and quality work in the shop.

• We quality control check every vehicle to ensure your car is safe upon returning.

Before Vince's, it was an automotive repair shop, where Vince worked as the shop foreman and lead technician. In 1999, Vince bought the business from his former boss and has transformed it into his own family business. Vince's wife, sister-in-law, and daughter have all worked in varying roles throughout its operation. Now, Vince, his other daughter, two technicians, administrative assistant, and service advisor all work as family to provide the Newtown area with honest, reliable service. From the moment you pick up the phone to us returning your keys, we want you to be more informed about your vehicle and return a safer vehicle.
